How to shop
When purchasing a jewelry piece from nataliedissel.com you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
Making a purchase is easy, by taking the next steps:
• There are 3 ways to shop
o By clicking on the upper line, NECKLACE,RINGS,EARRINGS
o By selecting on the left side your Style, ROUGH ROCKS, BE WILD
o By selecting your favorite stone, AMETHYST, OPAL, TURQUOISE
• Click on the image of the jewelry piece to access the item’s individual page. Here you will find all the product information.
• You have the option to SEE HOW IT LOOKS, or directly ADD TO SHOPPING BAG
• If you would like to purchase the product, click ‘+ ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’.
• You will now see your item in the shopping bag, and can check out, or shop further by browsing the site. Your item will stay in the shopping bag until you check out of remove it.
• You can review the products in your shopping cart by clicking on “ SHOPPING BAG” in the right upper corner. If you would like to delete an item click ‘remove’ and your shopping cart will be updated.
• To carry on shopping click ‘continue shopping’ and you will be taken back into the store.
• Once you are finished shopping click ‘CHECKOUT’ and log in with your name and login code.

• If you are a new customer please click “ NEW CUSTOMER” and follow the steps on your screen. We request your name, address, phone and email address. With your email address you must make a password, to login on the following page.
• After login, with your registered email address and password, you go back to your Shopping card page and click check out for further payment.
• After viewing once more your billing address details, you will see your shipping costs added. (rates can be found on our SHIPPING PAGE)
• You have the option to add GIFT PACKING or another SHIPPING ADDRESS, if your purchase needs to be delivered to another address then registered.
• Once CHECKED OUT, you will see our INVOICE PAGE. This invoice will also be send to your email. We offer you the following payment options.
o Payment by bank transfer within48 hours, after receiving order confirmation ( to our Dutch bank, details are on the invoice)
o Pay Pal online payment system ( free payment by credit card)
• By choosing PayPal, you will be redirected to your own paypal page. By choosing bank transfer you will see our bank details and are requested to email us on sales@nataliedissel.com
• Once you have completed your order you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order and delivery.
Unless we have notified you that we cannot accept your order and/or payment has not been authorized, this is the completion of the contract between yourself and nataliedissel.com
