Delivery & Returns
We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 24 hours, subject to payment and stock availability. Please be aware that all deliveries will need to be signed for in person. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address, our delivery company will leave a card and telephone number for you to make alternative arrangements. Natalie Dissel does not ship to Post Office Boxes. Parcels with a business address chosen will be delivered to the designated delivery place at the chosen address, not directly to the recipient.

Please note, we are unable to deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays. Delivery times are for stock products only.
Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
ORDER STATUS
An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order is received. Once your item has shipped, a second confirmation will be sent which will include a tracking number for your shipment.

If for some reason an item in your order is out of stock, we will email you as soon as possible. We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but occasionally this does happen.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are items that Natalie Dissel does not keep in stock regularly. These items include customized and personalized jewelery that are made to order. All special orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We require half of the total as a minimum deposit for special orders. Special orders are usually processed within 4 weeks. If a ring needs to be sized or repaired, the lead time is two to three weeks.
We charge US$ 20.00 for re sizing a ring. Rings priced above US$ 1000,- are resized one time free of charge.
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products on this website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER
You may cancel your order within 4 hours. Please be advised that because we often ship the next day, your purchase may already be dispatched, and you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Ideal, Visa, MasterCard. We take all reasonable care to make our website 100% secure. All credit card transactions on this website are processed using Ogone, a secure trading online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.
At Natalie Dissel, we do not hold any of your credit card details. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit/debit card company.
CREDIT CARD VALIDATION
Orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage. In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. At all times where we disclose your information, please be assured it will remain secure.
PRICES
Prices shown on the website are in US dollars and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. The recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be levied by local governments; these fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to advise the amount of these charges and suggest you contact your local postal service for further information.
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Orders will be processed at our published prices; otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
IMPORT AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be levied by local governments; these fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to advise the amount of these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and suggest you contact your local postal service for further information.
WARRANTY
Every item is covered by a 12-month warranty which covers manufacturing faults but excludes fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. If within 12 months, your jewellery needs repair, please let us know via sales@nataliedissel.com with the subject ‘Repair’ and we will provide you with a repair service free of charge.
Although we endeavor to ensure that every piece of jewellery is finished to our strict quality standards however nothing is indestructible and at times you may need a repair after your warranty, in this instance please contact us.
Gold vermeil plated pieces will eventually fade with time. The nature of how the piece is worn and cared for can significantly affect the speed of fading. Vermeil re-plating is not included in your warranty although we do offer a chargeable re-plating and polishing service. please contact us at sales@nataliedissel.com if you would like to receive a quote for this.
Items adjusted by a company other than Natalie Dissel or items returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault will not be covered by your warranty.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back to us within 7 days of receipt. All items returned must be unworn and undamaged, with all security tags still attached.
All special orders (Bespoke and engraved items, i.e. pieces commissioned or customized especially for you) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchanges are possible if the item is available. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges, nor will we refund any sales tax or duties payable. Your original postage costs will not be refunded. We strongly advise you to check your purchase thoroughly upon receipt before removing any tags and disposing its original packaging.
To arrange a return please email ‘Sales@nataliedissel.com’ quoting your

- address,
- details of the product,
- the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.
All returns are handled via email. We will then issue you a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Once the RAC number has been sent, the item must be shipped promptly, within 2 working days. Any item being returned must be returned in their original packaging. Please pack the item carefully and state the RAC clearly on the external packaging. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, such as DHL.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Returns will take one week to process, and your credit card company may take 4-7 days to credit your account.
